Do you think Japanese Horror movies are better concieved than American horror movies?

Are american writters just out of unique ideas?Do you think Japanese Horror movies are better concieved than American horror movies?they have awsome plots but cheesy acting so if they could write the stories and gore and we could do the production of it we might have a great horror movie to see for a changeDo you think Japanese Horror movies are better concieved than American horror movies?I think they are heaps better, and alot more scarier.Do you think Japanese Horror movies are better concieved than American horror movies?A lot of the horror conventions of Western culture are played out. I think, that even though they are usually seen with subtitles on they are fantastic! They are more unique, with stuff that american writers would never dare to even think.

The ideas that they come up with seem like they come from such a dark place that it has to be written.

I don't know maybe I am just weird, but I always tend to get a little creeped when I watch them, and I love it.
