I know not everybody likes us but I was just wondering. Is it just the money or what? Thank you!Why Is American Music and Movies So Popular in Other Countries?I think more than anything it's a matter of production value. In America we have more money to throw at movies, for the most part, than in a lot of other countries. Same with TV shows and the like. We also have the money to market things in other countries. A movie-maker in Japan or Finland isn't going to have the millions of dollars to advertise over here. Usually when a foreign movie does become big here it's because it's championed by a filmmaker who actually has clout in the states. And by clout, I mean money.



And also, it's a bit of a wish fulfillment thing. Hollywood or New York has the same appeal to a young girl in the countryside in France as it does to a farm girl from Kansas.Why Is American Music and Movies So Popular in Other Countries?Cause our entertainment is the best
