Hollywood is all about stereotypes. Most of the time when Asians get lead roles it usually some stereotype of martial art roles. It never average roles. But then again when people realizes that you don't have to watch movies with only your race in it and that not all races act like their stereotypes then maybe we can actually start seeing more non-stereotypes diverse roles and Hollywood might actually become a little bit more equal.Do you think korean %26amp; korean american actors can have a bigger roles in american movies?
Not really. There arent that many asians in America so they wouldnt have big box office power if they casted Asians in lead roles. it's all about money.Do you think korean %26amp; korean american actors can have a bigger roles in american movies?Alana is kind of right. Not many Asians in America, so of course the movie wouldn't cash in. Since it's all about money in Hollywood now, compared to the past when producers/writers/directors/actors actually CARED about making a decent movie.
