does anybody know any good asian american movies (ie joy luck club)???Good asian american movies?I like Marlin Brando in Sayanaro sp? he was a pilot in the Korean war and his dad was a general and he was engaged to another generals daughter and he went to R and R in Tokyo...but he met a geisha girl...and at that time you could not marry the japanese..well..he dumped his American sweetheart and shacked up with the Japanese geisha..enuf said..it was a classic and it came out in the 50's..it had Red Buttons in it too ..Good asian american movies?

a more moderm one is Better Luck Tomorrow...it's based on a true story on a school near me. It's about the lives of these 4.0 Asian American students but they get involved in drugs, dealing drugs, stealing, but still manage to keep their criminal lives a secrecy because of their grades. It's a Japanese film about a woman who leaves her four/five young children alone in their small apartment to fend for themselves.
