A bit of both.



The James Bond movies are obviously British. Control was British and one of the best films i've ever seen.



There's been a lot of British comedies released recently as well, mainly involving Simon Pegg.



But we get all the American stuff as well. But most of us think there are just too many special effects and not enough high quality acting.

Of course we do i would say 95% are Hollywood movies we get them about a month later than the U.S. unless its a British film like James Bond in which case you get them a month after us. It would be stupid not have Hollywood movies considering we speak the same language. As much as we don't want to believe it Britain is now like the 51st state of America we have the same shops, restaurant chains, t.v. shows, the only main difference between us when it comes to leisure and entertainment is sport, our national sport is Soccer we also play Rugby, Cricket and Boxing. We do play Ice hockey, American Football and Basketball but they are minor sports which don't get big crowds or a lot of media coverage.
