If yes, there are plenty of ways you can get them. Visit Chinese counterpart of amazon.com and do some search.
if no, you can either do some search online or go to your local libraries. There are all kinds of movies in there, and of course the American movie. And you can defiantly get some American movies with Chinese subtitles or overdubbing or even both. I used to get some there, too, but not now. Anyway, I think you will get what you want there.
